Returns

Since Skippi Ice Pops are frozen food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges after delivery due to food safety and hygiene regulations. This policy helps us maintain the highest quality standards for all our customers.

Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, melted, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please send us:

  • Your Order Number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief explanation of the issue

After reviewing your request, we will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us.
