Returns

Due to the perishable nature of Skippi Ice Pops, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality for all our customers.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, melted due to delivery issues, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
